As part of the development & project management role and during the overall project timeframe, Kvest Investment would provide a wide range of management services. These services would include (but not limited to):
-Liaise with major banks to achieve maximum development funding
-Establish and regularly update an appropriate budget

-Manage, co-ordinate, lead project team
-Manage consenting and design process
-Manage overall construction tendering, pricing and appointment of building companies

-Undertake regular and detailed design reviews
-Establish a detailed financial framework
-Monitor and review subdivision works
